Techventus is seeking an AI Automation & Agent Engineer to develop intelligent workflows, AI agents, and business process automations. The successful candidate will connect AI models with business applications, APIs, databases, and workflow automation platforms to deliver practical solutions for local and international clients.

Specific Skills
- Strong Python or JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
- REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and API authentication.
- Experience with LLM APIs, structured outputs, and tool calling.
- Workflow automation using n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent.
- Git, debugging, and basic software testing.
- Understanding of secure data handling and workflow reliability.
Responsible For
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered business workflows.
- Build AI agents that use tools, APIs, and structured business data.
- Implement automations using n8n, Make, or similar platforms.
- Integrate LLMs with CRM, ERP, HRMS, communication, and business applications.
- Implement authentication, input validation, error handling, retries, and logging.
- Test automation workflows and troubleshoot production issues.
- Document solutions and collaborate with technical teams and clients.
Additional Requirements
- GitHub profile, portfolio, or examples of completed automation projects.
- Ability to explain the architecture and business value of a solution.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Willingness to collaborate with international clients when required.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience and demonstrable projects may be considered.
Experience Requirements

Salary
PKR 150,000–300,000 monthly, depending on skills and experience.
